FUO: Would need more info to comment helpfully. If you have actually had fevers (temps reaching 100f or failing to get as low as 98.6 in 24 hr periods) you have a fever of undetermined origin, and there are dozens or more potential diagnoses, most non-infectious, but the person to see about this would be an infectious diseases expert.
