Seizure: That depends on your reason for being on Lamotrigine in the first place. Each case will need to be decided individually with you and your doctor. If your seizures are severe then the known risk to a fetus of uncontrolled seizures far outweighs the theoretical risk of medication exposure. Discuss with your obgyn and make a decision together.
