Soon: Some home pregnancy tests claim to show positive as soon as 8 days after fertilization. But the regular tests are very accurate at 14 days after conception. So you could test now, but if it's negative, then the best thing would be to follow up with the reproductive endocrinologist, because the blood tests are much more accurate than the urine tests.
