I have a bruised bone i read on the internet that it's a fracture of the inner layer of bone can anything be done about it?

Yes: Bruised bone can be diagnosed based on MRI scan, and if that is the case, then it means there is no fracture, usually it means some edema/swelling in the bone but no fracture. However if it is just based on physical examination or x-ray it could mean hairline fracture also. If the pain is bad enough you can get cast or brace, depending on which bone is involved. I hope that helps you.
