If you need vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), presumably to treat adhd, then you should consider backing down on the alcohol consumption. Alcohol is also anxiogenic and depressogenic, so is vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine). If you have anxiety or depression, that's another reason to minimize alcohol intake.

DEPENDS: Really depends and what you are drinking and how much. And why a drink or two of a small quantity may be alright. If you have to drink to wind down you may want to try other relaxation techniques.
