Never use cortisone : On your lips and it wouldn't work on acne , blisters nor whiteheads! sounds like it is something benign. Leave them alone , they will just dry up and resolve on their own. If they become irritated, pustular and red, they need to be treated with oral antibiotics. It is now time to see your doctor
