The real issue?: Nobody's face is perfectly symmetric. If you have a strabismus that's been missed so far, consider surgery. Stop looking at yourself so closely in a mirror -- it's not going to lead to anything helpful. Good looks in a man is 95% his physical fitness. Most of the rest is the way he carries himself, his good humor and the warmth that he can radiate. If it's not a serious cosmetic problem, forget it.
