Abstinence, condoms: Those are your non-permanent options. Withdrawal method has a high fail rate of 20%. There are permanent options too, but i don't recommend these for your age as there is a high risk of regret.

Tough one: I think most doctors would be worried to offer you a sterilization procedure because we know (from a lot of research) that there is a high chance of regret (changing your mind in the future and wanting another child. You can talk to your dr about this. There is one iud that doesn't use hormones (paragard) (but if you can't tolerate foreign bodies that may not work. There are always condoms.
