Cremasteric reflux : This is not an uncommon condition caused by the cremasteric muscle that surrounds the testes. When it contracts the testes is pulled up toward the ipsilateral groin region called the external ring. Once the muscle relaxes the testes returns to the dependent scrotal position. If the testes on the right is always on the high side in the scrotum an examination would be appropriate.
