Doubtful: But most likely of GI origin like pancreas or a stomach ulcer. You need to get checked out with blood work, possibly upper GI x-rays and possibly endoscopy. Consider your alcohol consumption a problem if you have these symptoms every time you drink. You need to see a dr. Soon.

Hard to say...: The diagnosis of lymphoma is based on an entire constellation of clinical signs and symptoms followed by confirmatory lymph node biopsy; therefore, you can not strongly consider the diagnosis just based on a vague nonspecific symptom. If other signs are present like unexplained weight loss, night sweats, fatigue, enlarged lymph nodes, consulting your doctor is recommended.
