Vague: This is a vague symptom but i wonder if it's caused by premature heat beats giving a flip-flop sensation in the chest. When the symptom is happening check your pulse to see if it's irregular at the time of the symptom. If it is, it would point to premature heart beats giving a skipped beat sensation. Your physician can check this out. In the meantime, avoid caffeine.
