Not too unusual: Recurrence of symptoms is not all that uncommon with stomach viruses as the patient begins to eat again, as the gut may be somewhat sluggish. The bigger question is how does she look and feel. If lots of pain, listless, urinary symptoms, bright yellow vomit, should be seen soon. If looking and acting ok other than the diarrhea and occasional vomiting, try very bland diet, avoid dairy, tiny meals.
