Fertility: After years of trying an extensive work up is warranted. 3 tests needed: 1. Semen analysis 2. Ovulation blood test via a day 21 Progesterone 3. Hsg xray to make sure tubes are open. Any obgyn or fertility specialist can do this.

REI: At this point, your best advice is to seek the assistant of a reproductive endocrinologist and infertility doctor. Maybe different medications or doses for you to stimulate ovaries, maybe ivf. A rei doctor who knows your medical history, knows what you've tried that hasn't worked is valuable information. An expert like this is your best help for the future.
