Incomplete workup: He could have metastasis anywhere. Ct scan of what organ? He needs an MRI of brain and a pet-ct scan to rule out metastatic disease. This information and workup as presented is incomplete.

Not sure: The symptoms you describe could be attributed to many things. Your son might need to see an gastroenterologist. Endoscopy may provide more information than the ct did.
