No contraindications: I reviewed the ingredients list for formula t10. I don't see any contraindications to diabetes, but i wonder why you want to take it at the age of 16? There's no evidence to suggest that it works, so buyer beware. Good luck.

Waste of money: Formula t10 just like all the other similar "formulas" on the market are simply food supplement or vitamins. They are not regulated by the fda and so they can make any statement that can boost sales without any proof. A statement like "may help" or "can help" has no medical meaning. It will not hurt you, but it also will not help you. Dont waste your money.

Very bad idea: I would stay away from all supplements of these types. I see patients take them and end up with worse problems later on. It takes longer, but proper nutrition and diet will correct the underlying hormone issues and you will feel better in the long run.

No: For reasons of the testosterone's wide effects, i would not recommend even patients who don't have diabetes. Plus at your age, i'm a bit concerned about your diabetes. Please seek to see an endocrinologist or followup.
