Occupational hazard: This is from personal experience. Since you are usually leaning over in only 1 direction all day, your low back muscles on one side of your back are usually tight than on the other side. What happens is your si joints on the low part of the back are uneven. You can have a physical or massage therapist versed in these types of issues help you.

Back pain: Back pain is common because of the way we sit and work. It is important to keep yourself in good shape with the proper exercise, Yoga, or massage. Working with a trainer or pt may help.
