Could be:: Rectal bleeding in young women can be due to hemorrhoids; fissures (little tears in the skin-but those usually hurt a lot); but also due to irregular blood vessels in the rectum. The c-sections shouldn't have caused the bleeding, but the fact that you have been pregnant twice could certainly put you at some risk of having developed hemorrhoids. If it persists, see you dr, to see if you need GI dr.

Rectal or Vaginal?: If rectal it may be hemorrhoids. If vaginal it could be a host of issues. Please see a md if this continues.
