Sac ache?: Its causes vary. If a detailed history confirms the pain or ache is highly variable in its onset, intensity, duration, and interval, i almost can confidently say that the pain or ache is probably not related with infection or inflammation. For the time being, record the quality and quantity of ache and its sequence of events, and go to see an expert as needed.
