Blood being diverted: After eating the body sends more blood to the stomach to help with digestion. If one starts exercising the muscles need more blood and start pulling the blood that was being used for digestion. This may cause indigestion including nausea. Perhaps waiting to eat after exercise or waiting an hour after eating would help.
