Itch not to scratch.: Some itches shouldn't be scratched. Please don't stick anything in your ear! you do not want to damage your ear drum. You can have your doctor look in your ear to make sure that the external canal is free of debris and wax. If that is clear and you still have the problem, you may be suffering from allergies. Rule to follow: don't stick anything smaller than your elbow in you ear. Good luck.
