Unlikely: Abdominal aortic aneurysms arise due to inflammation over many years. Age >65yrs, a smoking history, and male gender are the greatest risk factors. A family history also comes into play, especially for women. It would be extremely unlikely for a teenager to have an abdominal aortic aneurysm.
