No: Protein drinks have no direct influence on reflux (lpr). Neither does vitamin c.

Not a problem: For LPR should avoid too much caffeine; acidic foods and beverages; peppermint, and licorice. Tobacco and alcohol also are bad for reflux. There is no contraindication for protein drinks that i know.
