2 issues: There are two issues. First of all, day 18 is a little early to check a progesterone. It peaks about a week after ovulation, though yours is quite low. Second, a Progesterone deficiency is usually related to an ovulation problem not really a disorder in itself. The best way to fix that is to improve ovulation. In women with pcos weight loss, low carbs and exercise may help.
