PCOS: Once you are pregnant pcos has no effect othen than you may be at increased risk of gestational diabetes. Abortion and pcos have nothing to do with each other.

None: Abortion will not have any bearing on your pcos. Pregnancy, however, causes dormancy in ovarian follicle production and is somewhat helpful. For pcos future abatement.
