What's missing abort: I'm not sure what a "missing abortion" is. Pcos is present in approx. 30% of women, and can lead to abnormal menses and infertility among other things. Weight loss through diet and exercise helps, and metformin rx can return menses and fertility to normal in many women.

Missed abortion?: Not a well-proven one. There's been speculation for some years, based on small numbers, that women with pcos might be at higher risk of early pregnancy loss, but it's not been really established.
