Doesn't add up: 7 weeks and 397 are not adding up. Here's a great website that gives some good ranges according to age of pregnancy. It's possible that you're not 7 weeks pregnant.... An ultrasound would help a lot to correlate the information and provide you reassurance. Talk to your doctor about an ultrasound. Hope all's well!
