Seek Counseling ASAP: Never minimize suicidal thoughts. They are often a manifestation of anxiety or depression and need to be addressed quickly. Counseling and/or medication is useful. Ct scan showing facet joint arthritis w/spurring likely represents a mild chronic issue that, if causing pain, likely can be treated with anti inflammatory medication. An orthopedist would help.
