Aortography or course is the aorta and coronary are the blood vessels that go to the walls of the heart and yes they can be done a the same time, as long as the amount of dye used can be ok for the kidneys so a good kidney function necessary or else renal failure can ensue. That's one risk and the other is perforation of vessel, rare.
