Aortography and coronary angiography.differences?could be both made at the same time?risks? syntomps:chest pain, low diuresis. all other exams ok

Differences: This is putting a dye to image the specific vessels. Aortography or course is the aorta and coronary are the blood vessels that go to the walls of the heart and yes they can be done a the same time, as long as the amount of dye used can be ok for the kidneys so a good kidney function necessary or else renal failure can ensue. That's one risk and the other is perforation of vessel, rare.
