A member asked:

What is the difference between aortography and angiography?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Subset: Angiography is a study in which the blood vessels are visualized (e.g. Arteries of the leg or heart). An aortography is just a subset of that - visualizing the biggest artery in the body - the aorta. So, an aortography is an angiography but not vice versa.
