How long after quitting smoking will i feel better?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Feeling better: It depends on the symptoms that you are trying to improve or get rid of. If you are talking about respiratory ones (shortness of breath, cough, etc.) it may take a while for the lungs to remodel, although, you should start feeling better soon but the improvement will be slow and gradual. Sometimes if the changes in your lungs are irreversible, you may not improve but at least you won't feel worse.
