Safe: These are silicone weighted balls that are used to exercise the pelvic muscles. They are placed in the vagina and require conscious contraction of the pelvic muscles to prevent them from falling out. Not meant to be used wile seated and trying to urinate. Mainly put them in place and walk or exercise. Short periods. Check with gyn.
