See your MD: The test should be verified ! see your md! any bleeding, cramping, ....If not just wait and see! it is probably very early . Based on your information it is hard to give any specific answer ! you need more evaluation ! don't panic !

Maybe: A blood pregnancy hormone level is most accurate. If the level is dropping, then you are likely having a miscarriage. Urine tests aren't as accurate, and can have false negatives. Get a quantitative serum HCG level!
