Common: Irregular periods/spotting post misscarriage is very common. It reflects your body's efforts to recalibrate hormones back to normal levels. You are not pregnant. Normal periods typically resume between 4/6 months. You should begin using contraception immediately. Talk to your Dr about the irregular bleeding and contraception options.
