Needs to be Checked: You have chest discomfort along with breathlessness, stomach discomfort and pain.You need to be evaluated by your doctor.Need detailed history, physical exam and if indicated some tests to find out the cause of your symptoms i am sorry but we can not tell you if it is serious without exam and testing.
