Muskuloskeletal: Most likely explanation is a musculoskeletal pain from pulled muscle or bruised rib - however an enlarged liver or inflamed gall bladder can also give right upper quadrant pain on leaning forward. If this persists or worsens, best to get an examination by a doctor.
