Trauma: Any handling of an organ inflicts some trauma to the organ involved and thus the elevation in pancreatic enzymes is not unexpected until the organ has a chance to recover.

Need to see trasplan: Surgeon , immediately after procedure elevation could be normal , elevation in long standing case could be sign of rejection , or need dose adjestcment must call ; see transplantation team.
