Asym Hyperhidrosis: Usually represents neurologic disease as opposed to a primary disorder. Causes include chiari malformation, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (rsd), or harlequin's syndrome. Additionally, endocrine disorders can cause this problem. Examples are diabetes and hyperthyroidism. You should meet with your neurologist to discuss further as there is treatment. Good luck and well wishes.
