Need more info: If you also have sweaty palms, it could be excess adrenaline, which may improve with time. Surgery may help but has risks. A sour armpit odor is abnormal; a musky odor is normal, and attracts males. Avoid antiperspirants containing aluminum, they block your sweat glands. Deodorant is just cheap perfume. For racing heart, shortness of breath, infected skin or pustules, see a doctor.

Hyperhydrosis?: "Hyperhydrosis" or excessive sweating is a possibility - most of the time no one cause can be found and it may have been handed down by your parents. Regardless, this may be a clue to another medical process occurring in your body, you should see a physician for a proper evaluation. Deodorant is the best place to start but your physician may be able to prescribe a different medication to help.
