A member asked:

Can a pheochromocytoma cause an isquemic and transitory attack?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pheo: Yes. A pheochromocytoma can cause a very high spike in blood pressure, which can cause a TIA (transient ischemic attack), or a mini-stroke, or a major stroke, or a heart attack, etc. It can be very dangerous. A pheo is a rather rare disorder, but if you have it, you need attention right away.
