Combination approach: There are a number of options: chemical peels, fractionated laser resurfacing, dermabrasion, scar subcision along with topical retinoids, topical vitamin c, and Alpha hydroxy acids. A combination approach i find is best for superior results. While treatment may not 100% eliminate, many patients are extremely satisfied.
