Nothing: There is no care necessary for a newborn's uncircumcised penis. Most times the foreskin cannot be retracted initially so trying to pull it back will result in pain and possible scarring.

This...: Is always difficult. There is no "magic bullet" for penile enlargement. Remember to be confident in who you are as a person. The penis has limited overall functions and as long as it can do those, then try not to focus on the size. Most partners ultimately won't hold this against you. If you are overweight, then weight loss can help tremendously and be healthy for your heart.
