Esophageal cancer?: Gullet, correct? I'd be very surprised with a spontaneous remission of such a tumor, though this can always happen -- i believe it's tumor immunity, and it's almost always temporary. Or you may have a good response to treatment. If i discovered i had stage IV esophageal ca, i'd consider aggressive treatment over comfort measures based on the big picture. Hope this helps.

Esophageal : If you are referring to esophageal cancer it is very unlikely to go on remission with stage 4.
