If you had sex: Without protection at the time near ovulation with a fertile man and you are fertile - yes. If you've missed a period or are late, do a test. Stomach ache, headache, nausea are not likely to precede missing a period as a sign. Always use protection if you do not want to become pregnant. It's also good to protect you from stds.
