Depends: Any answer that includes a definite number would be questionable from my point of view; as it would probably not consider the subpopulations' future attitude and compliance, not to mention current overall health status/genetic of this "cohort". Meaning, life expectancy at this point may vary wildly for many reasons. It would be more useful to just optimize treatment in a multidisciplinary fashion.

Life expectancy: Patients on dialysis live a shorter period of time than their age and diseased matched controls off it. You did not mention the age of the patient, so that makes a prediction difficult. Mortality of dialysis patients is related to their age and the duration of their dialysis. You should ask the patient's (p) permission to speak to the p's nephrologist for more information.
