Non occlusive thromb in left leg, on xarelto. could i have pe's as well? can xarelto treat both at same time? can clots break away while on xarelto?

Xarelto: Treats both pe and dvt. If you don't have symptoms and you are on treatment and risk is low, determination of presence of pe is inconsequential. The clot is supposed to dissolved from outside inward so as not to break free.. Can it? There is nothing for certain.
