Be loving: You can only help people who agree they need help. Unless she is a threat to herself or others, she can not be made to get help without her consent. You can try being honest and loving, telling her her behavior has caused you two to lose touch with each other. Ask her to go to the dr. For an evaluation and offer to go with her. Hopefully, she will go and seek help if she is truly bipolar.
