See an ophth: It is very hard to answer your question with the information given. If you truly have double vision in one eye (aka monocular diplopia) it could be a problem with the retina or the way the eye is focusing. If it is binocular (both eyes open) then it could be related to your lazy eye, or could be sonething more serious. The best answer is that you should see an ophthalmologist.
