No: The reference ranges are set so that a few percent of healthy folks fall outside. And perhaps there was a small calibration problem with the automated cell counter.

Hello. I am a 27 year old male. I recently had my blood work done, and I found out that while my Hemoglobin level is normal (14.2 g/dl), my MCV and MCH are low (MCV= 69.8 FL. MCH = 23.3 pg). MCHC is normal too (33.3%). Is this normal or dangerous?
