Possibly: If both testicles remain cryptorchid. In which case suggest you see a urologist to discuss possibility of bringing them down. Usually cryporchidism does not affect sex drive, unless you have low testosterone levels. Cryptorchid testes can still produce testosterone. It is sperm production that is adversely affected.
