Is norco or ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) best for fibromyalgia pain?

Trial and error: Ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) should be a little better, but fibromyalgia is often not helped much by any opioid or opiod related medications. Pt, heat, massage, acupuncture and adjunctive medications work better.

Narcotics poor here: ultracet (tramdol and acetaminophen) (and Ultram) shares some of the basic functional characteristics of several of the fibromyalgia treatments but remains an "off label" use of the drug narcotics like Norco really have little usefulness in fibro!
